Making A Purchase


Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy to put them into the shopping basket. When you have finished making your selection(s), click on "Order" and you will be asked for the details that we need to be able to satisfy your order.

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards. We also accept Switch cards and all bank debit cards. If you are paying with a non-U.K. credit card your credit card company will convert your transaction with us into your own currency.
Credit/Debit Card payments are handled by Sellerdeck's secure portal, your card details are kept secure by them. Your payment details are checked when you give your card details to Sellerdeck, but actual payment is not completed until your order is packed and ready to go.

You may also supply your credit card information via phone or fax.

We do not debit your credit / debit card until your goods are ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

Shipping And Handling


The shipping charges shown are for our 'standard' service. We use various carriers depending on destination and weight to provide a reasonably quick service (see delivery schedule) at a competitive price.
However, if you have a preferred carrier, need an express delivery or are ordering large quantities, we will endeavour to tailor the service to meet your needs.
Please be aware that on shipments needing custome clearance, customs charges and handling fees will need to be paid locally in addition to our shipment charge.

Delivery Schedule


Our aim is to send out your complete order in just one consignment. Consequently dispatch may be delayed for up to 5 days to allow us to source any back ordered items.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic no delivery dates can be guaranteed, but we will do our utmost to get your goods to you as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee same day dispatch but goods will be dispatched at the earliest opportunity. The Company accepts no responsibility for loss or damage resulting from delay in delivery of goods.

Back Orders


Our aim is to send out your complete order in just one consignment. Consequently we attempt to source any non-stock items within 5 working days and then dispatch your order.
If we cannot source all of your order within this time we will email you for instructions. For example; you may instruct us to send what we have and cancel or back order the remainder, hold all goods until the order is complete, or even cancel the complete order.

Tax Charges


For orders made from the UK 20.0% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free but EU tax situation may well change. On selecting country of delivery the VAT should be charged accordingly.
Please note our prices do not include any local import taxes, customs duties or handling fees. Charges levied on import are payable solely by you and we strongly suggest that you ascertain locally what charges are liable prior to you ordering goods.

Guarantee


All goods are supplied with a minimum 6 months warranty to cover faulty goods or workmanship. This is a parts only warranty and does not cover labour or shipping charges.
We will replace goods or credit the purchaser with the value of any defective goods supplied by the Company provided the Company and/or its' supplier is satisfied such defects arose solely through faulty material or workmanship in manufacture, and such goods are returned immediately upon discovery of the defect. This may involve returning the part or complete vehicle to the supplier or their agent for assessment.
We will not normally consider any claims made after 6 months from the date of supply. The Company will accept no liability for any consequential loss or damage.
We are subscribed to the National Conciliation Service (NCS) which is the UK’s certified automotive retail Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider. As one of our customers, you are able to use the NCS if you feel we have not internally been able to resolve your complaint.
The NCS has been certified by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute (TSI) as compliant with UK and EU regulations in respect of ADR

Returns Policy


All goods offered via 'Dingocroft's Digital Dispensary' are returnable within 14 days provided they are returned unused and in the original packaging.
Every effort is made to supply parts correctly; it is the customer’s responsibility to check that parts are correct prior to fitting or carrying out preparatory work to the parts. It is our policy to accept returned parts for credit or exchange, incorrectly supplied or otherwise, provided they are returned undamaged, in the case of body parts unpainted, and in the same condition as sold. They must be returned in their original unopened packaging and fit for re-sale.
